Christmasland.ie is operated by The Outdoor Scene Ltd. The Outdoor Scene Ltd. is registered in Ireland at Goatstown Cross, Goatstown, Dublin 14, No. 344156.
We personally answer all of our inbound telephone calls during our office hours (9:30 to 17:30 hrs, Monday to Friday, 10.30 to 17.30 Saturday, and 11.30 to 17.30 Sundays & bank holidays) with an average response time, if the line is clear, of 9 seconds. There are times when we may have to place an answering machine on the line, and if a contact name and telephone number are left, we will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible.
Christmasland.ie customers who shop online must be 18 or older.
Christmasland.ie reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time and without notice. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All items advertised by Christmasland.ie are subject to availability.
Prices indicated as reductions relate to products that have been on sale previously at a higher price for at least 28 days. All SALE products sold online will be dispatched in accordance with and upon completion of the transaction.

Safety Disclaimer
For your safety, we recommend that you carefully read the safety instructions printed on all packaging and any safety leaflets that are provided with your delivered items before you carry out any projects.
Safety instructions, labelling, and packaging are the responsibility of the proprietary brand owner. Except in the case of death or personal injury, Christmasland.ie is not responsible for any inaccuracies contained therein or any damage resulting from the misuse of such items. Notwithstanding this, Christmasland.ie will deal with all customer complaints in good faith.
We recommend that you carefully check all proprietary brand item labels and packaging to ensure that the item delivered is as described in your order to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you are printing any plug wiring diagrams on a black and white printer, we recommend that you do the following as a minimum:
a) Make a careful note of the diagram on the screen, including the colour of each wire and its position within the plug
b) Follow any wiring or safety instructions given with the equipment to be wired
c) If in any doubt whatsoever, consult a qualified electrician

Delivery within Ireland
Most of our products are supplied directly from stock and will be delivered by a 3rd party couriers company within the agreed standard timeframe.
All goods orders on backorder will be delivered within 30 days of receiving the order. If we cannot deliver within this time, and another time cannot be agreed upon, Christmasland.ie will offer you a refund.
Delivery Times
Our Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days*, starting from next working day after your order is placed. Once we receive your order, our dedicate team promptly begins processing it. Within next 24, your order is sent to our warehouse, where it is picked, packed and labeled with care. A third-party courier then collects the parcel, aiming to deliver it to your door step withing next 48 hours.
Please Note:- All order placed after 23rd December, 2024 will be shipped in 3rd Week of January 2025.
For bulk orders, please allow an additional working day for handling. During peak season, delivery time may vary, but we’ll keep you informed.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, transport delays, technical issues, or unexpected damages to stock. Our team is dedicated to minimize the impact of any such disruption, keeping you updated on your order’s progress.
*Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Payment Methods
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. We do not hold or have access to any of your personal financial information. Instead, personal financial information is handled and stored on a secure remote server, which is the full responsibility of Stripe Payments. Stripe hosts the payment page, where you enter your details. The information is encrypted in transit and again in storage. Stripe is level 1 PCI-compliant to store credit card details. Stripe takes responsibility once you are on our payment page. If you have any questions concerning website privacy and data use, please contact Stripe Payments.
Privacy
In order to offer you an efficient service, we need to collect some information from you. We need your name and address to know where to send your order. The telephone number and email address are to enable us to contact you should there be a problem with your order.
The information that you enter is held only to allow us to complete orders. We do not give, hire, or sell information to third parties. Christmasland.ie may wish to contact you in the future if we have products that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive future mailings, please unsubscribe from newsletters in your account settings.

Overseas (non-Irish) Customers
We are an Irish-based company. All items on our site are priced in euros. This means that the amount that you actually pay will vary depending on the exchange rate at the time that your transaction is processed.
Tax
Our prices include VAT (where applicable).
Goods sent to private individuals within the EC will attract VAT at the current rate (the price you pay before the addition of any extra postage will be the price, inclusive of VAT, shown on the site).
Goods sent to companies within the EC can be zero-rated if they supply us with their VAT registration number.
Cancellation
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that you have the right to cancel your order within 2 working days, starting from the day of purchasing goods. Else you can initiate the returns process and we will fully refund the money paid for products returned to us unused and in their original packaging. (Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt.)

All complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) working days. Complaints are usually resolved within two (2) weeks, although customers will be informed throughout the process.
If your goods have been damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and inform us within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods, giving as much information as possible. We will then contact you to discuss a replacement item or a refund and what we would like you to do with the damaged item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days.
