- Check the packaging: Examine the packaging upon delivery. Ensure it looks intact, and look for any marks or damage.
- Review the description of the packaging: Check if the package is addressed correctly to you. If there’s anything you are not satisfied with or unsure about, take note.

- DPD Deliveries: If you are at home during the package delivery, carefully assess the package’s condition. If you are dissatisfied, kindly refuse the package and promptly contact us via phone or email.
If you decide to refuse a delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. Rest assured, this will not affect your statutory rights.
If you decide to change your mind about any items purchased from Christmasland online, your statutory rights remain unaffected. You are entitled to a 14-day period, starting from the date of delivery receipt, to reconsider your purchase.
Upon processing a return within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund, inclusive of the original delivery charge. Once the refund is processed, customers can expect the amount to be credited to the original account within 3–10 working days.
It’s important to note that for a full refund to be initiated, the item(s) being returned must be in a sellable condition. Customers are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 14 working days of receiving them.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
- Any damaged items received must be reported within 14 calendar days
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements
- The product must be returned in its original, resaleable condition
- Please include an invoice or proof of purchase
- Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
- You will be notified by email upon receipt of the return
- Once the item has been looked at by a member of staff and deemed in resaleable condition, a refund will be issued.
Exceptions to the above returns and exchange rules:
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned
- We have a NO RETURN policy on clearance items unless the item has been deemed faulty

YOU PURCHASED IT IN-STORE AND THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT NOT TO YOUR LIKING
If you make a purchase in-store and the delivered item doesn’t meet your expectations, the rights and options differ from those in online selling. In such cases, where you’ve physically viewed the item before purchasing, Christmasland is not obligated to accept the return or provide a refund. While we always strive to address concerns by offering alternatives or, in some instances, store credit, refunds are not available for this type of sale. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to finding the best possible resolution for any concerns with your in-store purchases.
YOU PURCHASED ONLINE AND THE ITEM IS NOT TO YOUR LIKING OR SATISFACTION
If you change your mind about any items you purchased from Christmasland online, your statutory rights are not impacted. You have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt of delivery. You have the right to a full refund, including the original delivery charge, and once we have processed a refund, customers will receive the refund to the originating account within 3–10 working days.
NOTE: The item(s) being returned must be in sellable condition for a full refund to be issued. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
YOU RECEIVED YOUR GOODS BUT AFTERWARDS DISCOVERED THEY WERE DAMAGED OR FAULTY
If you’ve received your goods and later discover they are damaged or faulty, please reach out to our team within 7 days by calling the number below. Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and images showcasing the damage or fault. With this information, we’ll work to find a solution. Options may include replacing the item, arranging for repairs to maintain its quality, or offering a full refund. Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
