Opening your Lemax Product

Please take care when opening your Lemax products . Each piece is carefully placed into its polystyrene packaging. Removing the piece might seem tricky as it is a very snug fit. Be careful not to pull too hard, and ease the piece out gently so as not to break the item. The packaging is designed for ease of storage after the festive season is over.
Also, check the “hidden compartment” within the packaging. When adapters or other accessories are included with the Lemax products they are often kept in a compartment within the polystyrene packaging. Sometimes, the packaging may be discarded with the adapters inside.
