This item is available for collection only in our showroom. Due to the fragile nature of this product shipping service is not available.
Opening your Lemax Product
Please take care when opening your Lemax products. Each piece is carefully placed into its polystyrene packaging. Removing the piece might seem tricky as it is a very snug fit. Be careful not to pull too hard, and ease the piece out gently so as not to break the item. The packaging is designed for ease of storage after the festive season is over.
Also, check the “hidden compartment” within the packaging. When adapters or other accessories are included with the Lemax products they are often kept in a compartment within the polystyrene packaging. Sometimes, the packaging may be discarded with the adapters inside.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. Exception: We have a NO RETURN policy on clearance items unless the item has been deemed faulty.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (exception: products on a clearance sale).
Only items that have been purchased directly from us (Christmasland).
Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
